The front door leads to a sitting room shown opposite. This has
two open fires and the house is fully centrally heated.Right from the
sitting room leads to two twin bedrooms which can be converted to
doubles. Next door to both rooms is a shower room with shower
cubicle, sink and WC.
Double glass doors lead on to a tiled loggia .
The kitchen off the sitting room is well equipped with dishwasher,
larder, ample cupboard space, oven hob, fride/freezer, washing
machine, marble tops. There is a large wooden table with seating for
8.This also leads onto the loggia which has a table and chairs,
lighting and barbecue.
The stairs with a wrought iron hand rail lead to two further
bedrooms. One twin/doulbe one single with another fold out bed.
A bathroom with separate shower cubicle is found next door with
sink, bidet and WC.
Linen and towels are provided. Please provide
your own beach towels.
A cot is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Saturday changeover but can be flexible off peak
months.
