It has been recently restored and the interior the work of the owner who is a local interior designer.
The accommodation is on three stories. You enter the front door into the dining area which has a wooden table and wooden seating. The main sitting room leads
off the dining room and also has doors leading outside to oneof the many terrace areas. The sitting room has leather sofas and a TV .some of the wall shave
been left in the original state exposed stone and brick .There is a funky bar area at the back of the sitting room and a writing desk, a sort of study area. Follow
the back corridor and past the original grotto which is restored and back lit.
The kitchen at th end of the corridor next to the dining room is wooden in design and completely fitted and well equipped with a dish washer, Four burner hob and
electric oven, fridge freezer and plenty of fitted cupboards and drawer space. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and a WC and sink.
The kitchen leads onto one of several terraces with spectacular views , a table and chairs and barbecue.
The first floor has a pretty double bedroom, a twin bed room with 2 bunk beds also. There is a quality fitted bathroom with a large walkin shower area, Wc, sink
and bidet.
There is a second sitting room on this floor with a sofa bed, and another sofa, A TV and coffee table. There is a small fitted kitchen with a coffee maker and a
well stocked cupboard. There is also a dining table and chairs.
A door leads out to an elevated terrace which has a table and seating and more extraordinary views from which you can easily see the coast on a clear day .
The third floor : Leads from the second sitting room beautifully exposed brick and stone wall sand a roped stair rail.
The second double bedroom is a pretty, comfortable attic style room with fitted cupboards. There is another twin bedded room which has two extra single beds
as well.
The shower room equally well fitted with quality fittings has a shower cubicle, Wc and sink.
The views are exceptional from the house as they are from the grounds, terraces and beautiful pool area.
The house can sleep up to 14 people, children sleeping on extra single beds. The extra sitting room and kitchen along with all the space inside and out means the
house lends itself to large numbers and is equipped for 14.
Prices are based on parties of 8 and a different rate for up to 14 people.

The sitting room with leather sofas has a large TV with satellite music system, books and games.
There is a bar area stocked with glasses and a back hall with a writing desk.
The first floor leads to one double bedroom and a bedroom with one single with a slide out extra single and 2 bunks.
A shower room with WC, sink,bidet and large tiled shower cubicle.
On this floor is another sitting room with a small kitchen area and another espresso machine, fridge and oven again hand built in dark wood. The
sitting room has a double sofa bed, TV, table and chairs .
A door leads to another outside eating terrace with a table and seating with impressive views of the Le Marche as far as the coast 40 km away.
The house is very well equipped with full central heating, good hairdryers, good quality towels and linen, candles, picnic plates etc.
