leads from the dining room which runs off the kitchen. On the first floor is a large dining room with
tables and chairs for 16 people. The kitchen is professional, stainless steel kitchen excellently
provided .Dish washer, gas ovens, hob, fryer, extractor unit, 6 ft fridge and freezer, double sinks and
gadgets and utensils galore. For a keen cook the kitchen provides an opportunity to cook in a
professional kitchen. Doors lead out to the garden from the back kitchen.there are two cloakroom
/WCs on the ground floor.
The sitting room has an open wood fire and leads to the garden through French doors.
