Less than 10 minutes drive is Servigliano another beautiful walled town which holds a famous sagra in the summer and has two pizzerias, a lovely art deco bar
in the main piazza and a selection of very smarrt shops.
There are three excellent restaurants and the local wine maker Dezi who won the prestigious title of Italian wine maker of the year 2007.

summer.A wooden loggia again shaded in the summer has garden chairs and two wooden swings.The pool is 12 x 6 with roman steps and a diving board. It
is in full view of the house.The other side of the house also has a terrece with iron chairs and table. This side has views of the tennis court and hill towns
in the distance.On all sides of the house there is a lawn and flat areas generously planted with olive trees and shrubs.There is plenty of space for
sunbathng around th epool area and a loggia with cushioned ratten sofas to sit and enjoy a sundowner.A long covered loggia to the side of the dinning
room provides a lovely place to dine outside under the shade wit views of the pool and surrounding countryside.
There is a Ping pong table and Plasma screen TV with Satelite.
