The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bath or shower rooms and is tastefully
furnished with English country furniture.
The pool is 8 x 4 meters and surrounded by decking with roman steps and all one
depth excellent both for child security and swimming lengths.
The pool terrace has a table and chairs with a sun umbrella and is convenient for
the kitchen. There is also a covered loggia leading from the dining room and a
balcony terrace all perfect places for outside dining and enjoying a glass of wine
as the views are spectacular.
The garden is half lawn and planted with flowers and shrubs.Big tubs of
geraniums grace the drive way and front of the house. There is ample parking
space and a good size driveway.
Large reception room with TV area and reception area. Large sofas and chairs provide ample seating.
A door leads to the balcony which has a garden table and chairs with an umbrella.
A dining room leads from the kitchen. It has an expandable solid wooden dining table and wooden chairs ,
it can seat 10 people. From the dining room you go out of glass doors onto the loggia with a tiled roof ,
table and chairs and barbecue.
There is a small cloakroom with WC and sink and a storage area for pool toys and inflatable's. All are
provided.
The kitchen has a gas oven and hob with extractor,a toaster, kettle, on hob coffee maker,
fridge freezer, dish washer and small washing machine, microwave and supply of basic food supplies.
Floor one:
One double bedroom with en suite shower room with sink and WC s and cloths storage.
There is a day bed also which can be used as a large single bed.
The other bedroom is a twin bed room opposite a large family bathroom with a big spa bath with hand set
shower, shower cubicle, bidet, and sink.
Floor two:
Double bedroom with iron bed and large wooden wardrobe. There is another en suite shower room with
sink and WC.This room has glass doors opening onto an iron rail.
Opposite is a twin room with iron beds frames, large wardrobe and en suite shower room as before.
