| Terms and conditions Pool is normally opened 2nd week of May/Closed 2nd week October Linen and. Towels are provided. A weekly clean is included in the price. A welcome pack is provided on arrival including a few essentials especially wine. The house is fully central heated .Heating is gas fired. Charged as extra. There will be a supply of logs and more available at market price. The electricity is included up to a certain level. This is set high and if you exceed it you will be charged the extra. This will only occur if used excessively. The departure time is strictly before 9.45 am unless we have come to an agreement. Arrival is after 3.30 although luggage may be dropped off on prior arrangement. The breakage deposit is 500.00 pounds payable in euros on arrival. It will be returned on departure if no damage has occurred. Please report any breakage, loss or damage to the house manager. Booking Procedure: One third of the total is asked for paid by transfer into a UK or Italian account when initially booking the house. This then confirms your booking. The remaining amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We will send you a booking form and directions, key collection, house manager details and terms of rental agreement. We ask that you take out holiday insurance. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, around the pool or in the courtyard or loggia areas. A cot can be hired. Unsuitable for wheellchairs and the elderley/infirm Heating costs are extra |
